About Roger Arnold

 
Roger Arnold, Executive Vice President – Is a nationally recognized economist and experienced real estate executive. Roger has been involved in real estate and finance for the past 20 years. For 15 years, concurrent with his varied positions within the real estate and finance fields, Roger was a radio talk show host who lectured on global macro economics, the relationships between political, economic, and social systems, and how they are all reflected in the financial markets. At the time Roger ended his radio career, in December of 2006, The Roger Arnold Show was nationally syndicated and carried by 65 radio stations throughout the United States. Roger started his financial career with Merrill Lynch in Poughkeepsie New York in 1989 as a series 7 licensed financial consultant. In 1991 Roger moved his practice to The Washington DC metropolitan area and joined Voss & Co., as a series 7 and series 65 licensed Registered Investment Advisor; where he managed 80 million dollars in clients investment accounts, and began his radio career. In 1992, while still managing money and doing radio, Roger was a founding member and President of a newly formed merchant banking organization Chaired by English investor, Ian McCorquodale. The company was formed to issue and guarantee international letters of credit affording for the re-establishment of consumer goods export trade with Latin and South America following the sovereign debt defaults in the 1980’s by Mexico and Brazil. Roger helped to raise about 900 million dollars in assets to be used to secure the payment for goods of US exporters by way of issuing private letters of credit. In 1994 Roger founded Bentley Bancorp, a commercial real estate finance company specializing in hotel and motel financing using the recently created non-bank / investment bank conduit financing systems, through relationships with Wall Street investment banks and REO servicing companies. In 1997 Roger accepted the position of President of International Mercantile Corporation, an OTC listed insurance holding company. In 1998 Roger founded My Home Lender Dot Com, a residential real estate mortgage brokerage firm. Concurrent with the establishment of this brokerage The Roger Arnold Show became a national show through affiliation with the Business Talk Radio Network and Roger began publishing a financial newsletter called Daily Observations. Within the first year of publication the newsletter had over 10,000 individual subscribers. In 2003 My Home Lender Dot Com ceased origination activities as a licensed brokerage and The Roger Arnold Show went into national syndication. In December of 2006 The Roger Arnold Show ceased airing and in early 2007 Roger founded Triple Point, LLC, a Real Estate Operating Company, for the purpose of buying distressed residential real estate assets.
